It was an assault on the senses the likes of which have not been seen since Boogie roamed free. Having said that, I must give Highwaygirl** props for her recaps. She's the one who gave me my very first bit of recapping advise ("talk about anything but the hamsters, they're boring"), and she always makes me laugh. I also want to applaud all of those who have recently taken up the recapping reigns. Great job newbies.

You inspire me to try to be funny while I recap the night shift. Keep up the great work and thanks for having such a great board! It's really nice to be able to read what's going on when I just can't or don't want to attempt to stomach actually looking at the feeds. You get it all and deserve gold stars, brownie buttons, raises, and free drinks! Now stop reading this and keep recapping!

Prepare cup of coffee (making sure to get just the right balance of cream and sweet 'n low). Read Green Tuna's morning round-up. Begin day with a giggle and a smile. One of the nice things about being on the West Coast is that Green Tuna's morning posts are just sitting there waiting for me to read them when I get up.
