Yay, another late-night recapper! I envy you, jegrant. You'll be seeing all the best stuff.

Hi, ignore that "emma" name. I'm shann, and I love beaker!!
In between chasing my 2 year old and cooking up another little one, I'll be recapping the daily hours. I'm a teacher who believes in rotting my brain all summer with hamster talk. I'm going to give this season a try, although I can't imagine that anything can be better than a little Amy & Marc in the HOH room! Heeey, shuuugar, gimme some o' that alcohol.... |

Hi Everyone...I'm Julie aka Milan23. I'm in Phoenix sweltering in the heat and trying to find a permanent job. Although if I don't find one, I'll be able to watch the feeds all day...hmm...
Congratulations Shann! Oh, and I love blurry. |

Hello, my name is Donna, from the land of the BB house, the San Fernando Valley. Like Meggin, I'm a Taurus. An acquaintance did my natal chart and it pretty much fit everything except something about tending toward being skinny. I believe that was a cosmic joke. MrG. is, like TanMarie, a Capricorn. He, however, pretty much follows the standard characteristics.
Last year I lurked all over the place here and am very stoked it's back. I love EVERYONE! Except Booger and his ilk! Oh and Danielle. If I see that "scandalous" commercial one more time, we're going to need a new TV. |

I love when new people introduce themselves.
I'm a Pisces, but I was born on the cusp of Aries (this description is eerily accurate): Quote: |

Hi, my name's Erin and I'll probably be lurking around a lot, just like I did last year. But I'm also jobless and on the west coast, so maybe I'll do some late night recapping.

Hello hamster watchers. I'm the non-sleeper of last season's recappers. What's that? Roddy is talking? It's 5am? Has he slept yet? No? Oh, go figure. How damn happy was I to see that pompous windbag slug go? Pretty damned happy.
I will be recapping this year, just not nearly as often. Unless someone sends me loads of coffee to keep me awake, in which case, I'll be awake and recapping, but I won't be happy about it. You see, I now balance three jobs and have taken up sleeping, so my chances to recap are scarce, but I will take advantage when I have time. Which, as usual, will be at night. When all the interesting things happen. Unless we get a group of people that sleep when it's dark and participate in drama when the sun is out. Oh, and since everyone is stating their sign and some facts about it, I'm a Cancer and here is what they say about me Quote:Crabs? Cancer? Seriously, they need to rethink that sign a little. Come on now, it's a strike against us right out of the gate. Most of the first paragraph is bunk (though I do have a remarkable memory for things I feel like remembering). Second paragraph? Well, I've been known to be crabby, moody, tenacious, and strong-willed (read hard-headed). Not sure what I think of the changes--can't we just have one season where the rules and specs of the game are the same as the season prior? The exes in the house may not be a bad idea (from a drama perspective), but I'm going to reserve judgement (shocking) until we see how the exes interact with each other--do they loathe each other, are they friendly, are they just "on a break", any restraining orders, etc. However, I'm not loving the idea of sequestering the hamsters--I like knowing that everything a hamster says can and will be held against them in a vote to decide the winner. It's like Shapiro decided to rip a page out of the Survivor handbook on this one, and I'm going to get this out of the way early, you know, to cleanse the system--FUCK YOU, SHAPIRO! Oh, and in the honor of fairness, I have a new account to work with here, so you all have a fair chance at catching up to the number of posts I had last season. Game on. Hmm, look at that. The ability to drag out a post to the length of a novel hasn't left me since BB3 ended. Just like riding a bike, I suppose. |

Hi Everyone! I've been enjoying your recaps since the MightyBigTV days. I followed the recappers here last year when TWOP shut down the recap thread. But I was still doing my posting at TWOP...
But now TWOP is saying goodbye to Big Brother, so I guess I'll be saying goodbye to TWOP, and finally registering over here! I just know it's gonna be a great summer! |

You're welcome, highwaygirl98! It's a darn shame that TWoP is saying goodbye to BB this summer, but hopefully it will help them balance the (already precarious) budget. And, someone has already posted a link to invite people over here; I'm glad we have this forum already going.
I hope that there is something going on for the late nights. I am in Central Time during the summer, but I like to stay up very late. Sometimes (even when there is no BB live feeds) I have been known to go to bed at 7 AM or 8 AM. I'm semi-blissfully unemployed (due to taking care of a family member), and hoping to really get some, uh, "bang" for my buck now that I have DSL (which, thankfully, is not bandwidth capped or anything like that, it's all you can eat, and I intend to pig out this summer). |

Welcome! Thank you for posting the link at TWoP, BTTRCP.
Since we'll likely be getting a lot of traffic as a result, I'd like to encourage everyone to read the announcement about buying ezSupporter to help keep the costs of this board down. |

Happy to see so many new people coming out of the woodwork. Look all you like, but please, don't feed the hamsters. That tends to make them happy, and we can't have that. Oh, and we encourage everyone, new and old, to recap, recap, recap. It will make you cool and popular and smell better. |

Hey y'all. I'm Nancy. I loved BB 2 & 3 and I'm a frequent visitor to Looking Good and the TAR ezBoard. I'm TanMarie's real life bestest friend (or at least I better be), and she's the one got me into these boards originally, so she's the one I love the most. Unfortunately I'm not going to be able to do the whole "recapping the live feeds" gig because my computer sucketh and there's no way it would handle the live feeds. Also, I'll be gone for a week later in July so I will need y'alls wonderful recaps to keep up.
And I'm a Scorpio: Quote: And I think it fits me pretty well. Where my fellow secretive Scorpio homies at?? |
