Gosh, I guess Alison will have to miss the Miss Pennsylvania Scholarship Pageant in Nazareth, PA from Sunday, July 6, 2003 through Sunday, July 13, 2003. I wonder if the first-runner-up will have to take over?

I think my favorite part of Alison's profile is that her hero is Britney Spears yet her favorite music is Rap, R&B, and Hip-hop. I haven't quite figured that one out yet (or the WIN-IR thing). On the other hand, at least she admits that she doesn't read and wants fame.
I'm praying that she'll wind up being one of the houseguests with an ex in the group if only because I always enjoy the whole out-of-house jealous experience that comes with a significant other, and they've racheted it up by including exes. Of course, I am a little frightened by the fact that she'll do equally well in physical and mental challenges . . . |

I went to high school with Alison, and she was friends with my sister throughout junior high and high school. We're from a very very small town in PA.
All I'm going to say is that I CANNOT wait to see this girl in all her glory on the live feeds/three nights a week. If she's anything like she is in real life, it'll be a fun time. Bring it on! |

Alison, IMHO, strikes a nice balance between a psycho and a beauty queen. Very outspoken, big personality. I am anxious to see if one of the exes on the show is hers. Her pageant platform has always been domestic violence and she has said many times that her boyfriend in high school and early college (also from around here) was mentally/physically abusive. I don't know the details of any of her other relationships after that. She resigned her position as Miss Juniata Valley this past week (she was supposed to go to the Miss PA pageant). She is also a past Miss Crawford County (which she resigned also, under suspicious circumstances, have to check with my sister on that story). Sharon Stone is also a past Miss CC and is from our area as well. She has a degree in exercise science from University of Pittsburgh, lives in Pittsburgh (which is about 90 miles south of Meadville). Last I knew she was working at some cardiac rehab program for a hospital in Pittsburgh. I didn't know she was in retail until the CBS bio went up. Her mom is a phys ed teacher at an elementary school, dad is a lawyer. She has one younger brother. Everybody in town was pretty excited to see someone on BB4, although there was lots of eye rolling too! |
