Who knows if the exes are even included in that list, since none of them seem to be from the same place. Also, I don't believe it would work very effectively if they knew they'd be playing with their exes the very second the game starts (when they're standing outside waiting to go in). I think it would work more as a after-the-fact thing, once they've adjusted, since the talk of having to rethink their strategy has been discussed by Shapiro in articles. I suppose it could make sense the other way, but I don't know if I could have a strategy before meeting anyone . . . I'm just thinking out loud here, but I don't know if that list suggests exactly how things are going to work.

I'm pretty sure the room you linked to is the HOH. It matches the shape of the room from last season. Unless of course Shapiro mixed it up a bit.

There is a picture of each individual houseguest. This really honks me off, because EVERYONE is beautiful, which leads me to believe this group was cast on looks rather than personality. Why not have people like Gerry, Lori, Kent, Bunky, etc? People who aren't beauty kings and queens? I have a bad feeling about this. |

Wow, everyone is beautiful. I mean, we don't even have the required old fat guy unless one of the women dated one and that's their ex. But, I am intrigued by Jack who's a retired FBI agent. That's rather interesting and I wonder if the hamsters might get to be a little nervous about it. However, I'm reserving judgement until the profiles come on line on the website. But, I will say that I'm thrilled that we have no bartenders in here. Could that men a lack of fame whores?

Nathan, Brandon and Erika could be the three best-looking houseguests ever! Lisa and Marcellas are the only two previous houseguests even in the same league.

Count me in as another one that's disappointed with the skew towards the young and the beautiful...particularly the young part. I wish there was more of an age range...throwing one older dude in there doesn't make up for it. I hate the whole "token older person" thing and I felt uncomfortable for Gerry last season because of it and will no doubt feel bad for Jack too, even if he turns out to be a total ass or something. Maybe Jack's ex will be there, or there'll be a few Michael Douglas or Mrs. Robinson type exes to mix it up a bit agewise. (although I normally don't approve of that much, so who knows, I'd probably just be squicked by it too!)
I may be in the perfect age demographic to be in the BB house myself, but that doesn't necessarily mean I need to watch a group almost solely deriven from that demographic. It'd also be nice to see more than one person of colour there, so hopefully that will be fulfilled when the exes arrive too. However, I suspect the mystery people are more bland, twentysomething fame whores who we will have difficulty identifying for weeks. I hope TPTB can prove me wrong here, but I'm not holding my breath! |

There is a Special Houseguest Video at the bottom of the official CBS BB4 webpage. Brandon is twirling a baton of some sort like a sissy. Nathan is shown playing Mario Kart 64 (good game!) Scott shaves all his body hair, making him a Will/Boogie hybrid.
I captured some images from the video. I'll also be doing this with the live feed recaps from time to time like I did last season. Moderator dudes... if posting images or links to images in this thread is verboten, please be gentle. The Bathroom The HOH room?
