Well given that this is CBS, we can be assured that this new "second houseguest unexpectedly leaving" will be something lame, like a HG winning an overnight trip someplace.

Are any of the other international BB's running? COuld this be the afore-speculated-upon BB hamster exchange program?

I'm afraid of the new twist. The women just seem to have grown brains and realized that the boys would pick them off one-by-one if they blinded followed their alliance.
And now they're throwing in a twist?! I don't like it one bit and if two people actually leave the game tomorrow, I'm done with the show this year. It has got to be the second boring BB ever (after season 1), and I've invested a lot of my summer watching this crap. If they screw up my game, I'm gonna be PISSED AWF! (tm Dana). |

A commercial for tomorrow night's show just ran. It showed a split screen of Jerika and said one of them will be evicted, and "someone else will be removed from the BB house." Removed. Not "evicted." Not "permanently removed."
This has PLANNED OUTING written all over it. |

Oh, you're probably right. I certainly hope so. I don't care if someone wins an outing as long as it's not Jee! I just didn't want BB messing with game. It's really just starting to pick up. Crazy as Dana is, she was entertaining. The excitement level left with her.
Come on ladies, I'm rooting for you. Girl Power! |

What's the deal with Amanda's picture being missing from the wall. Jee said it was because she is suing CBS. Where in the hell did he get that from?
I know deep down you're right, HWG, but I want to actually believe that it could be something fun. |

Yeah, I suppose the twist HAS to be something lame like an excursion. But still... won't the show EVER acknowlege the extra week they are eventually bound to have? Where's the twist for that... I mean short of them pushing everything up a week (it might be thought of as "cutting their losses" with this shitty edition of BB) there has to be something.
So why would Amanda sue CBS? SCOTT is the one who should. Unless she's suing CBS for showing her having sex. Bad idea, since she basically signed all her rights away. Also how would the dumbass KNOW she was suing CBS? Would a producer have really told them that? If they asked why her picture was off the wall (and its still on CBS.com you know...) the producers could have bullshitted something. maybe invoking Scott somehow. |

I think he was just talking out of his ass when he said that. But where would he even get that idea? He also said something like "she's definitely not coming back."
I love how Jee is overthinking the missing items -- if it's going to be the HOH comp, JeeICan'tCompete. He's probably the one who is the most disturbed by all the missing stuff. I like it! It's fun. Good times. |

Maybe the "removed" houseguest will get a free ticket to go see the VMAs. Didn't they do that sort of thing for season 1? I think recall Curtis going to some awards show.

Nah. If they give an excursion it will be something they can control--like sailing on a luxurious boat for a day or something (aha! That sounds familiar someone out there is saying...). They don't wan't to give the hamster the chance to talk or be talked to.

I agree there are interesting possibilities to have one HG that is still "in game" go visit the Jury House.
But the bitch in me would love to have Amy come back - not to play the game, you understand - just to drink wine, eat cheese, and piss awwf the other hammies for a week or so. I don't know that there is a good reason for this, but since when was that a requirement on a reality show anyway? What if there is a game or reward challenge called "Express To Jury Train" or something - where the 1 winner or 1 loser would get an immediate ticket to the jury, but perhaps have an *unblockable* vote that would be guaranteed to be counted, and/or receive a cash reward for doing so. Whatever it is - it must not be optional, but mandatory, which means it's something TPTB know that any of them would want to do, or something that one of them will be forced to do. Because otherwise they couldn't put on network TV that someone "will" be unexpectedly leaving. The weird thing to me, is that this really seems tacked on. I wonder though, given that they've now added a week to the game (giving them 2 weeks extra, really, with the Scott situation), what they plan on doing to fill out the time. Maybe since the PB&J/veto/food thing was a really crappy twist, now we get Plan B for a twist? Or it could just be the normally scheduled minimal outside day-trip or night-trip excursion, and CBS is trying to get extra mileage out of it. Maybe I'm just watching too much reality TV, but BB4 seems a lot like Paradise Hotel this season, what with its nonsensical rules and forced/"shocking" pairing of contestants. Were Arnold & Allison kidnapped and secretly replaced with Folgers Crystals, or have they too been smoking the crack that the HGs have had for 3 squares a day? |

From this morning's Tuna News (either Jee or Robert is speaking, not that it matters which specific Tool it is):
Quote: According to my mad math skillz, veto shouldn't matter. Let's assume one of the 3 girls wins HOH, and puts up the two guys. Guy A wins veto and takes himself off the block, and Girl A (HOH) is forced to put up Girl B next to Guy B. So Girl C can still vote, as can no-longer-on-the-block Guy A. They split the vote - one for Girl B and one for Guy B. Girl A (HOH) votes the tiebreaker and voila! Guy B is gone. Of course, by "shitting their pants" they may just mean cause drama and some possible potential re-aligning of alliances, but even if one of the guys *doesn't* get Veto, one of them will still remain in the house after that week. Because, unfortunately, they can only evict one person per week. *g* As I see it, unless Robert wins HOH this week, one of the two guys will be leaving. *wipes away a crocodile tear* |

Yeah. Another "shocking twist" is in store. "Removal" means a helicopter ride so that the removed hamster can see the BB House from way up high in the sky! Wow! The people look like ants, and not hamsters! If there's a competition for the "removal" Jee will win and get to take his best friend for ever Robert on a ride in the great big helicopter. The boyz can hold hands and talk about "Justin would have loved this man!"

Jee and Robert need to wear those "WWJD" bracelets, except it would stand for "What Would Justin Do."

I don't want just Amy to come back. I think they should fill the house with former BB contestants (Amy being one of them) for a week. They would come and go after just one week, but would compete for a monetary prize like the overnight Survivor guests did. It wouldn't really shake up the game that much, but it would be entertaining. And maybe they could give these people some suggestions on deal-making, throwing competitions at the right time (Will and the giant PB tub still make me giggle), and overall playing the game (because none of them seem very good at it to me - HoH seems to be the only thing that decides which direction the game is going in). Either that or throw a new bunch of exes in it for a week to compete for a monetary sum. It's rather sad that the only thing I believe can make this game more interesting is adding different people into the mix. |

Although I agree that the VMAs would be a logical high-profile event for one of the HGs to go to over the next couple of days (particularly since MTV and CBS have the same corporate parent in Viacom), the VMAs are being held in New York. Certainly not an impossibility to get from LA to NYC and back in a day or so, but strikes me as too cumbersome and expensive for too little return on-air.
I'll go with visit to Camp Sequester on the other side of the CBS lot. It fits with showing this to the viewers at home after Nathan got there - tees up nicely to a visit from an in-game HG this weekend. |

It seems like a long time since the turtles made their exit and Egypt was closed off. However, I think that was last Thursday. Was there anything on the Saturday show about this? If not, maybe the additional houseguest(s) to leave the house on tonight's show is a fucking turtle. Typical bullshit from CBS and Shapiro.
Another comparison between this year's cast and last year's cast. Last year they turned the lizards leaving into a day's entertainment. This year, not so much. |

LAME twist. LAME.
Not lame are the people who managed to guess it. Good job folks. Still... lame twist. Will anyone who watches the VMAs please report on them here? EDIT - Okay... the one non-lame part is not telling the other hamsters. But they know she went into the DR. It would have been much better if they somehow managed to remove her without anyone noticing--during the night or something. :-) |
